Ingredients:
9 chipotle chiles (if using canned, then drain first) |
3 garlic cloves |
3 cups vegan mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
1 1/2 cabbage |
Directions:
1. Using a mortar and pestle or food processor, mash or puree chilies with garlic clove. 2. Blend into vegannaise. 3. Stir mixture into shredded cabbage, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon juice if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
