Chipotle Chicken and Noodles |

I have not tried it yet, just posting to keep safe. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1 (28 ounce) can hunt's crushed tomatoes |
2 tablespoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobo |
3 1/2 cups water |
6 ounces dry egg noodles, uncooked |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, tomatoes, chilpotle peppers and water in slow cooker. Cover with lid. 2. Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours), stirring in noodles for the last 30 minutes of the cooking time. 3. Stir before serving. |
