Mashed potatoes with smokey kick. Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes, quartered |
4 garlic cloves, peeled |
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese |
4 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobo |
salt |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and garlic cloves in salted water until tender, about 15 - 20 minutes. Drain and mash. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Should you like a thinner consistency, add milk. |
