Ingredients:
1 large jícama |
2 heads romaine lettuce, torn |
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
chipotle caesar dressing |
Directions:
1. Cut jícama into thin slices. Cut each slice into a star using a 1 1/2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter (about 15 stars). 2. Toss together lettuce, bell pepper, and desired amount of dressing in a large bowl. Top with jícama stars. |
