2 garlic cloves |
1 to 2 canned chipotle peppers |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/3 cup egg substitute |
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Pulse first 3 ingredients in a food processor 3 to 4 times or until garlic is minced. Add lemon juice, egg substitute, and Parmesan cheese. With food processor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream; process until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
