This spicy dip for tortilla chips is also a great sauce for grilled chicken or hamburgers. Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 1/2 cups chunky blue cheese dressing |
Directions:
1. Puree the chipotle peppers with the adobo sauce in a blender until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, milk, and dressing; blend again until thoroughly mixed. |
