This is a great way to liven up a guacamole-like dip. Quick to prepare and delicious. Ingredients:
3 medium avocados, peeled |
1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon banana pepper, finely chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper or 1 1/2 teaspoons ground chipotle chile pepper |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
assorted fresh vegetable |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mash avocados. 2. Stir in the mayonnaise, onion, peppers, and seasonings. 3. Chill until serving. 4. Serve with vegetables. |
