Tasty condiment for sandwiches, but I think it makes a fantastic dip as well. Adapted from Chile Pepper magazine. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobo |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Transfer to a bowl or squeeze bottle, and refrigerate until needed. |
