this sauce goes perfectly with so many dishes from appetizers to entree slike seafood , chicken, pork, fried appetizers, vegitables or use as a dip
Ingredients:
1 gallon your favorite mayo
2 qts, your favorite sour cream
1 small can chipolti in adobo
1 tbsp cayenne
1 pint whole grain mustard
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. in a 5 qt. mixer add all ingrediants and mix on low speed, be sure to stop mixer and scrape down sides at least twice to insure all ingrediants are well blended. Keep refridgerated use as a dip, side sauce or underlying sauce or puree in ina blender or robo coup and force through a fine sive to use as apipping sauce excellant holding abilities
