This sounded interesting so I'm posting for future reference. I supposed you could substitute whatever kind of dip and chips you like. From the cookbook. Simply Southern - Familiar Foods With a Unique Southern Flair. Ingredients:
1 (2 1/2-3 lb) fryer, cut up |
salt and pepper |
1 (8 ounce) carton french onion dip |
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat each piece with onion dip and then with potato chip crumbs. 3. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour. |
