Very simple chinese soup my mom cooks this soup few times a week, she tells me that turnip cleanses our body from toxic and turnip can release internal heat from our body Ingredients:
1 chinese turnip, cut into bite size pieces |
300 grams of pork ribs, cut into bite size pieces |
10 cups of water |
salt to taste |
generous pinch of pepper |
pinch of sugar or hon dashi (to replace msg) |
finely sliced spring onion |
Directions:
1. Put pork ribs in water, bring to the boil 2. add turnip, cook for around 20 minutes 3. add salt, pepper and hon dashi 4. garnish with finely sliced spring onion, serve |
