Cooked in a convection oven. Not tried it yet. Ingredients:
3 1/2 lbs spareribs, split |
3 tablespoons honey |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3/4 cup dark brown sugar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup dry mustard |
3 garlic cloves |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook over med heat 5-10 minute. 2. Pour over the ribs and allow to marinate for 2 hours. 3. Place ribs on rack and brush with sauce. 4. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes. |
