From 365 Great Grilling Recipes. Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of meat. I made this and froze it in 2 zip lock bags with porkchops. Will update when thawed/cooked. Ingredients:
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
3 tablespoons dry sherry |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients. 2. Stir to dissolve brown sugar. 3. Pour over meat in a shallow pan. 4. Turn well to coat. |
