This speedy cabbage dish picks up nice flavor from the onion and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups shredded chinese or napa cabbage
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.
