This speedy cabbage dish picks up nice flavor from the onion and soy sauce. Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups shredded chinese or napa cabbage |
1/2 cup sliced celery |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
dash pepper |
1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings. |
