Chinese Style Beef With Noodles |

Gingery Stir fried noodles with beef. Ingredients:
8 ounces egg noodles |
1/2 cup water |
3 teaspoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 lb beef, sliced thinly |
6 green onions, sliced |
1 inch gingerroot, slivered |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles in a weak chicken broth. 2. Drain and spread on a rack for 3 hours. 3. Combine water, salt, 2 tsp soy sauce and chicken powder. 4. Heat 2 tbspoil in wok over high heat. 5. Stir fry noodles for 3 minutes. 6. Pour water mixture over noodles. 7. Stir fry 2 more minutes. 8. Remove and keep warm. 9. Heat remaining oil over high heat. 10. Add beef, onions, ginger, garlic and remaining soy sauce. 11. Stir fry about 5 minutes. 12. Serve over noodles. |
