Chinese - Style Baked Chicken Thighs |

This is a super simple but super tasty chicken preparation. No fuss, no muss. Just be sure to line your pan with foil otherwise you will probably choose to toss it rather then clean it. Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs, or legs and thighs combined |
1 teaspoon 5-spice powder |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1/2 cup hoisin sauce, (i like lee kum kee) |
toasted sesame seeds, (optional) |
thinly slice green onion tops, (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray or lightly oil 3. Season the chicken thighs (with or without skin) with the 5 spice powder and salt and pepper. Brush with hoisin sauce and place in the oven. 4. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until cooked through. 5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced onion on top, if desired. 6.
