Quick and Easy ! Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
4 cups mixed chopped cabbage |
1 cup chopped bok choy |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 cup chopped carrot |
4 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons crystallized ginger |
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder |
Directions:
1. Brown turkey- in a little olive oil if you like. 2. Add veggies and the rest of the ingredients. 3. Saute till as tender as you like. 4. Add bamboo shoots if in the mood- serve over brown rice. |
