This is very good and not like your ordinary cabbage dish. Ingredients:
2 pounds chinese water spinach |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil |
2 teaspoons granulated sugar |
3 garlic cloves pressed or minced |
Directions:
1. Trim stems off spinach and wash leaves well to remove any grit then drain thoroughly. 2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic in a small bowl and mix well. 3. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil then add spinach and stir for 30 seconds. 4. Immediately drain thoroughly in a colander then return spinach to the pot. 5. Add soy sauce mixture and mix well. |
