Who can resist chinese fried rice with shrimps, eggs, and finelly sliced green onions, eeemmmss I'm hungry again Ingredients:
3 bowls of cooked rice (cold) |
100 grams of shrimp |
2 eggs |
1/2 bowl of finely slicced spring onion |
1 garlic, minced |
1 chilli, roughly chopped (if you like the heat) |
2 tbs of soy sauce |
pinch of salt |
pinch of white pepper |
pinch of sugar or hon dashi (to replace msg) |
Directions:
1. Heat your wok, saute garlic and chilli until fragant 2. add shrimp, stirr until shrimp turns pink, add eggs, stirr 3. add rice, add soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar / hondahsi 4. toss well, add spring onions, toss to mix everthing well, serve |
