8 chicken thighs |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
2 tablespoons light soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine |
1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated |
egg white, beaten |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
6 cups oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Marinate thighs for 15 mins. 2. Dip each thigh into egg white and dredge in flour and cornstarch mixed with sesame seeds. 3. Deep fry until tender, 15 minutes. |
