A easy rice side dish. We eat this with just about any kind of meat. Hope you like it. Ingredients:
1 cup white rice |
1 stick butter (cut into chunks) |
2 cups water |
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix |
1 tsp (low sodium) soy sauce |
1 cup frozen peas |
Directions:
1. In a buttered or sprayed casserole dish place all ingredients. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
