These Asian-style ribs are a little sweet, a little sour, and packed with flavor. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/3 cup orange marmalade |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon rice wine |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
4 cloves garlic, minced |
3 pounds bone-in country style pork ribs |
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice wine, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl. Pour half the sauce into a slow cooker; top with ribs. Drizzle with remaining sauce. 2. Cover and cook on Low until pork is tender, about 3 hours. Thicken cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired. |
