Found this in Light & Tasty, haven't tried it yet but soon will. Ingredients:
6 boneless pork loin chops |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1/3 cup ketchup |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
3 tablespoons water |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
3 cups hot cooked brown rice |
Directions:
1. Place pork in a 3 qt slow cooker coated with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a small bowl, combine onion, ketchup, brown sugar, water, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. 3. Pour over chops and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until tender. 4. Serve over rice with sauce. |
