Tasty but requires marinating time. Ingredients:
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce |
1 egg |
1 -2 clove crushed garlic |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
5 pork chops |
corn flake crumbs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except crumbs and chops. 2. Marinate chops in mixture for a minimum of 3 hours. 3. Coat chops with corn flake crumbs and bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for about 45 minutes. |
