Another quick dinner from Quick and Easy Weeknights. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
8 1/2 ounces plum sauce |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in an 11x7-inch baking dish. 2. Combine onions and next 6 ingredients; stir well, and pour over chicken. 3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 50 minutes or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with plum sauce mixture. |
