Ingredients:
400 g chicken fillets |
1 orange |
4 tablespoons vinegar |
50 g butter |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup chicken stock |
Directions:
1. Peel the orange, press the juice out and chop the peel. 2. Cut the chicken fillets in pieces. 3. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes,. 4. Add all the other ingredients except the butter, and cook for 15 minutes without lid. 5. After cooking, add the butter. Serve with rice. |
