Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 green pepper sliced in rings |
1 can(s) mushrooms |
2 pound(s) round or flank steak cut into strips |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
2 spanish onions sliced into rings |
1/2 can(s) tomato paste or 1/2 c ketchup |
3 tablespoon(s) veg oil |
2 cube(s) water |
Directions:
1. Season meat with salt garlic and ground pepper fry until well browned. add onions and green pepper. Mix flour, tomato paste, soy sauce, add to meat. Simmer 2 hours uncovered. add mushrooms and green pepper. Serve over hot rice |
