Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork |
1 green onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons bisquick baking mix |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon sherry wine |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons oil |
1/4 teaspoon msg |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix ground pork, green onion, bisquick mix, beaten egg, cornstarch, sesame oil, sherry, soy sauce, and msg. 2. Form into 1 diameter balls. 3. Heat 3 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot. 4. Add meat balls and cook until all sides are browned, about 10 minutes; remove to serving dish. 5. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, water, and 2 Tblsp. oil used for meat balls; bring to boil. 6. Pour sauce over meat balls. 7. Serve hot. |
