Chinese Macaroni Salad

I love this stuff! Depending on how brown you want your macaroni, you can add some gravy master to the pasta water as its cooking.
Ingredients:
1/4-1/2 cup oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 cups macaroni, uncooked
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni. Rinse with cold water.
2. Saute together first 4 ingredients. Remove from heat and add to the macaroni (drained) that you have cooked al dente. Add mushrooms, chicken and soy sauce. Toss. Chill.
