This recipe is easy and tastes so good, it came from a gal I met in Idaho in 1975 Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
1 medium onion (chopped) |
3 stalks celery (chopped) |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans water |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 (10 ounce) package hard chinese noodles |
1/2 cup instant rice (you can use left over cooked rice) |
Directions:
1. brown hamburger, onion, and celery. 2. put in dutch oven. 3. combine soups water, soy sauce, and rice with hamburger. 4. bake for 1 hour in 375o oven. 5. stir once or twice during cooking time. 6. serve over the chinese noodles. 7. add more soy sauce to your liking. |
