Do you love the tea that they serve at Chinese food restaurants? Here is the very simple recipe for hot green tea, just like they serve in China. Ingredients:
4 cups cold water |
4 teaspoons green tea (or 4 tea bags) |
Directions:
1. Bring water just to a boil. Remove from the heat. 2. Put the tea leaves in a strainer and put in the water to steep (or add tea bags if you are using them instead). Steep for 3-5 minutes. 3. Remove tea and serve immediately in a teapot. |
