Ingredients:
a lot of garlic |
a rasher of bacon (diced) |
1 egg |
2 teaspoon(s) garlic |
2 cup(s) mushrooms |
1 onion (stripes) |
1 cup(s) peas |
rice |
salt & pepper to taste |
2 cup(s) small prawns |
soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Stir fry the ingredients. 2. In a separate small pan, pour a beaten egg (I whip it round a bit to add lightness) 3. When the egg is cooked, cut it in small pieces & add to the rest of the stir fry. 4. Cook rice & add soy sauce to it when ready. 5. Add rice to the stir fry. Continue stirring & frying. |
