Chinese Fried Chicken

From my 42 year old cookbook by Diana Liu given to me by my Dad.
Ingredients:
2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 eggs, beaten
6 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1 teaspoon ground chinese flower pepper
3 cups oil
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, flour, salt, sherry and sesame seeds.
2. Dip chicken pieces into batter.
3. Deep fry at 400 degrees until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle ground Chinese flower pepper over chicken pieces before serving.
5. Serve hot.
