Crock Pot casserole with pork. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs pork, cut into 1/2 inch strips |
1 large onion, sliced |
1 small green pepper, sliced |
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
4 carrots, sliced |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown pork strips in small amount of oil. Remove excess fat. 2. Place pork and all other ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours. 3. Serve with hot rice. |
