In honor of the 2008 Beijing Olympics! Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces jamaican dark rum |
1 teaspoon triple sec |
1 teaspoon maraschino juice |
1 tablespoon grenadine |
1 dash bitters |
Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. 2. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. 3. Garnish with a paper umbrella and a maraschino cherry. |
