Chinese clams stir fry, you never know how good it is until you try Ingredients:
500 grams of clams |
5 cloves of garlic, sliced |
1 piece of ginger, sliced |
1 chilli, sliced |
pinch of salt & pepper |
2 tbs of soy sauce |
2 tbs of oyster sauce |
1 teaspoon of chinese black vinegar |
lot's of basil |
Directions:
1. With alittle oil saute ginger, garlic and chilli 2. add clams, stir, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar cover for 3 minutes, stir 3. add salt and pepper, keep stirring until most of the clams open, 4. add basil, stir, turn off heat 5. serve 6. ps: it is important not to over cook the clams |
