Easy one-pot dinner. Ingredients:
1 bunch celery (including leafy ends) |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 lb ground pork (or ground beef) |
soy sauce |
4 cups beef broth or 4 cups bouillon |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
6 -10 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Brown ground meat and onion in a large pot. 2. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce. 3. Thinly slice the entire bunch of celery, including the leaves. 4. Add beef broth and celery. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat and simmer until celery is tender. 7. Add more soy sauce if needed, to taste. 8. Serve as an open face sandwich over a hamburger bun. |
