Really good, simple recipe! Really yummy wings. I never have any leftovers. Marinating time is added in prep time. Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken wings |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup oil |
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Add wings and marinate overnight. 3. (I have often marinated in fridge for 1 to 2 days) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
