Good oriental chicken wings that are glazed. Ingredients:
1/2c hoisin sauce |
2t soy sauce |
11/2 t each toasted sesame oil and cider vinegar |
3 cloves garlic,minced |
1t. grated peeled fresh ginger |
1/2t hot pepper sauce |
2 pkgs.(13/4 lbs each) chicken wingettes |
garnish;sesame seeds,sliced scallions |
Directions:
1. Whisk all but chicken and garnish in a bowl. Spoon 3T into a cup;cover and refrigerate. Use as a finishing glaze 2. Pour remaining mixture into a large ziploc bag;add chicken. Turn to coat pieces. Refrigerate overnight. 3. Heat oven to 400. Line broiler pan bottom with foil;coat broiler pan rack with non-stick spray. Arrange wingettes on pan rack. Bake 40 to 45 mins.;turning chicken once,until tender 4. Heat broiler. Brush wings with finishing glaze. Broil 6 from the heat source till crispy and glazed,about 4 mins, Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions |
