Chinese Chicken Salad - Side Item

This recipe is from a woman I once worked with, it is delicious! This is the dish I am required to bring to every family gathering as a delicious side item!
Ingredients:
3 -4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
1 bunch green onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted brown
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 teaspoons accent seasoning (or msg)
1 tablespoon poppy seed
2 teaspoons salt (i use 1 tsp)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
1. MIX WELL. ADD MEAT, ONION, ALMONDS AND SEEDS. (Best if stored overnight but good freshly made also.).
2. PRIOR TO SERVING MIX WITH:.
3. 1 to 1 and 1/2 HEADS OF LETTUCE.
4. CHINESE NOODLES - I just set the can of chineese noodles beside the salad so people can help themselves if they wish.
