Incredible recipe that I obtained from a Sunday school classmate. This is incredible. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1/2 pound shredded rotisserie chicken pieces
1/2 head napa cabbage thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
4 scallions sliced
1 carrot julienned
1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves chopped
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
for dressing
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
Directions:
1. In large salad bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.
2. Add chicken and salad ingredients and toss well.
3. Pour dressing over all and toss well.
4. Serve immediately.
