Ingredients:
6 piece(s) boneless, skinless chicken breast |
3 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds |
1 head(s) lettuce |
1 bunch(es) green onions |
1/2 cup(s) cilantro chopped |
1/2 cup(s) sliced almonds toasted |
16 ounce(s) mandarin oranges (2 cans) drained well |
1 bag(s) maifun (chinese clear noodles) softened, chopped |
2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning for chicken |
1/2 cup(s) oil |
6 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar |
4 tablespoon(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil |
2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. *Poach or broil chicken breasts. Shred or cut into small pieces. 2. *Cut onions and lettuce into thin strips. 3. *Toast sesame seeds and sliced almonds in a heated skillet. 4. Mix above items with noodles I use about 1/3 of the bag. 5. Shake dressing well, add to salad and toss just before serving. 6. Dressing (mix dressing before making salad) 7. 1/2 cup Salad oil, 6 Tbs vinegar (white or rice), 4 Tbs sugar, 8. Tbs sesame oil, 2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper |
