I learn to make this recipe from my boss who come from the province of shandong, china Ingredients:
1 dao kou chicken or whole roasted chicken |
500 grams of cucumber |
1/2 cup of minced garlic |
1/2 cup of sesame oil |
1/4 cup of soy sauce |
1/4 cup of vinegar |
1 teaspoon of paprika powder |
1 cup of finely chopped fresh cilantro or coriander |
2 chilli, finely chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
pinch of sugar |
Directions:
1. this is the most fun process of making this chicken salad 2. wear a plastic glove, and shred the skin and meat from the chicken 3. you can have few pieces if you're tempted :) (I'm tempted all the time) 4. bruise all cucumber with your knive, and cut into 2 inches lenght 5. mix all ingredients, taste, serve 6. it'll taste alot better if you chill it for around 20 minutes before serving |
