This came from from my home town Health Department cookbook Ingredients:
2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, cut fine |
1 lb coleslaw mix |
6 green onions, cut fine |
1/2 cup sesame seeds |
1 cup slivered almonds |
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, save seasoning packets for dressing (uncooked) |
6 tablespoons rice vinegar |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup sugar |
4 teaspoons sesame oil |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes 250 degrees. Combine salad ingredients.Mix dressing ingredients plus the reserved ramen noodle seasoning packets. Pour over salad and toss. Best if made the night before. |
