This recipe came from a friend of mine. It is absolutely incredible! I can't say enough great things about this salad. Ingredients:
1 packet good seasons oriental sesame salad dressing mix, prepared according to packet instructions |
oil, to prepare salad dressing |
vinegar, to prepare salad dressing |
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips |
2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
8 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked,drained |
3/4 cup grated carrot |
3/4 cup sliced green onion |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. POUR 1/3 cup of the dressing over chicken in medium bowl; toss to coat. 2. Cover. 3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. 4. MIX remaining dressing, peanut butter, honey and pepper until well blended; set aside. 5. COOK chicken and marinade in large skillet on medium-high heat about 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 6. Mix chicken, spaghetti, carrot, onions and cilantro in large bowl. 7. Add peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. 8. Serve immediately. |
