Chinese Chicken Broccoli Slaw Salad |

Ingredients:
1 cup(s) broccoli slaw |
1 cup(s) cooked, shredded chicken |
3 cup(s) iceburg lettuce |
1/3 cup(s) makoto's ginger salad dressing |
1 package(s) ramen noodles (any flavor) |
1/4 cup(s) sliced green onions |
1/4 cup(s) slivered almonds |
1 tablespoon(s) sriracha |
3 tablespoon(s) sunflower seeds |
Directions:
1. Chop the lettuce into bite size pieces and put in the bottom of a large bowl. Add broccoli slaw. Top with the shredded chicken (can be found at Costco). Add 1 T olive oil to small frying pan and toast the Ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool while you slice the green onions. Mix ginger dressing with sriracha. Add Ramen noodles mixture to salad, top with dressing and green onions. |
