Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1 sliced green pepper
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in bite size pieces
1/2 cup blanched almond
2 cups cream of chicken soup
1 cup pineapple chunk, drained
salt
Directions:
1. Brown green pepper and almonds in butter until tender, 10 minutes.
2. Mix with other ingredients.
3. Put in casserole dish.
4. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
5. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
