Make early in the day then pop in the oven when needed. Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken parts |
1/3 cup soya sauce |
2 tablespoons water |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon garlic |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Put chicken in roaster. 2. Combine ingredients and pour over. 3. cover with lid. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 350. 5. Remove lid. 6. Baste and cook 30 minutes longer uncovered. |
