Ingredients:
1 (2 1/4 lb) heads of celery
1 scallion, minced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
1. Trim celery, reserving leaves. Cut ribs crosswise into 2-inch pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise into 1/8-inch-thick strips.
2. Toss with celery leaves and remaining ingredients until combined well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
