I got this off the internet a while back..it is so simple to make and delicious!
Ingredients:
16 oz. pack coleslaw
3 oz ramen noodles, crushed and toasted
10 oz cashews/sesame seeds, toasted
1 bunch scallions
dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tblsp soy sauce
Directions:
1. mix together all salad ingredients
2. in a seperate bowl blend well the dressing ingredients
3. pour dressing over salad when ready to serve
4. eat and enjoy!
