I got this off the internet a while back..it is so simple to make and delicious! Ingredients:
16 oz. pack coleslaw |
3 oz ramen noodles, crushed and toasted |
10 oz cashews/sesame seeds, toasted |
1 bunch scallions |
dressing |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1 tblsp soy sauce |
Directions:
1. mix together all salad ingredients 2. in a seperate bowl blend well the dressing ingredients 3. pour dressing over salad when ready to serve 4. eat and enjoy! |
